TEXTIN

Command: #textin {filename} {delay}

         Textin allows the user to read in a file, and send its contents
         directly to the server.  Useful for doing online creation, or message
         writing.

         The delay is in seconds and takes a floating point number which is
         cumulatively applied to each outgoing line.
